• We only publish furnished properties (apartments and rooms)
• Property must have all services included in the final price (electricity, gas, water, building and city taxes, phone line with free local calls if there is a phone)
• Also you must provide linens and towels
• We recommend to include weekly maid service (optional)
• We also recommend including Internet service (preferably Wi-Fi); over 90% of tenants demand it.
