ForeignPoint is not responsible for the unknowing of these terms. ForeignPoint also has the right to modify these terms any moment without previous notification.

- Rooms reservation: ForeignPoint do not take room reservations without your previous interview with the property owner. To make an appointment please full fill the “Property Form” below the detail property page including your pretended check-in/out dates and we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting when you are in Buenos Aires.
- Apartment reservation: Choose the apartment that suites your requirements and complete and send us the “Property Form” without forgetting the check-in/out dates.
- As soon as possible we´ll contact you to inform you about availability and property owner conformity for the reservation period.
- After receiving our confirmation you can make the reservation by Bank Transfer. Reservation amount is 30% of monthly rental. In case you are booking for less than a month, then reservation amount is 30% of the whole rental period.(…) Payments made by bank transfer must reach our account net of all bank charges. We will also ask you to send us a list of names and ages of people that will occupy the property.
- When we got the payment confirmation from the bank, we´ll send you an e-mail with your reservation number. ForeignPoint is not responsible for any changes in property furniture or utensils that the owner may do in the booked property. The company reserves the right in the case of force majeure resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. In case we don´t have any available option we will refund you the reservation.
- Your acceptance of these conditions is acknowledged by making a booking. Payment of deposit or rental charge also indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- We´ll contact you before your arrival to agree a check-in date (and in case you want we can send you a transfer to pick you up at the airport with an extra charge (it may vary depending on property distance from the airport).
- Booking cancellation: In case of cancellation by hirer booking deposit is not refundable (including force majeure issues).
- ForeignPoint reserves the right in the case of force majeure resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. ForeignPoint is not responsible if there is no other similar property available.
- In case you need to change check-in or check-out dates, it will only be possible if property is available. Any delay in check-in date notified with less than a month will be charged since the first check-in arrangement. Only people listed on the Booking Form may occupy the property. In breach of this condition the booking will be cancelled without refunding any payment.
- Check-in: The day you arrive you have to pay the first month in advance (or whole rental payment in case of less than a month rental periods), the administrative fee and a warranty deposit (see item 15) in the previous arranged type of currency (u$s, $ or €). You have also to present the required documentations. Then a lease contract will be sign. The owner or someone of ForeignPoint team will give you the keys and a neighbourhood map with some points you may be interested in and inform you how does apartment equipments work. Important: Keys will not be given before all payments are done, proper documentation presented and lease contract signed.
- A property inventory will be attached to the lease contract with all prices in case something breaks or damage. This will be sign with the lease contract.
- Security (guarantee) deposit: you must pay a warranty deposit that will be totally refunded at the end of your stay if property has no damages or lost or broken furniture, utensils or equipment. For rentals of a month or more warranty deposit is a month of rent. If rental period is less than a month then warranty deposit is equal to the whole rent amount. In case this amount is not enough to pay any lost, broken thing or property damage you must pay the difference in cash before you leave. This security deposit will not be refunded before the check-out.
- You must show your original passport and a copy to attach to the lease contract. If you are Argentinean you should present your original and a copy of DNI and a Salary receipt. Also a credit card copy will be asked to present.
- In case you come to study or work to Argentina, you must show a certificate of the University or Institution you work for.
- Check-in schedule: The property can be occupied between 14 and 18 hs. (negotiable)
- During your stay: You can contact us from Monday to Friday since 9 am to 6 pm (local time). In case of urgency you can also call us or property owner any other time.
- Some properties include weekly maid service. In case your rented property doesn’t have this service included you can ask us for a maid with an additional charge. Price is per hour (minimum 2 hours plus transportation).
- All ForeignPoint apartments have most amenities included, such as electricity, water, gas, building and city taxes. Some properties also have cable TV, Internet, phone and/or maid service included.
- Check-out: Property must be vacated between 8 and 10 am. After this time will be charge an additional day (except prior arrangement with us or property owner).
- The lease contract you sign when you arrive has and ending date, so if you would like to extend your stay please ask ForeignPoint team in advance so we can check property availability. Then another lease contract will be sign with previous arrangement of new or same rental rate.
- The owner or someone of ForeignPoint team will visit the unit 30 minutes before you leave to check the property. If there is any kind of damage or something broken they will be discounted of your security deposit. In case this deposit is not enough, you must pay the difference in cash.
- ForeignPoint cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects you or any other person may suffer during your stay in or out the properties.
- Optional services: Foreigpoint.com has optional services that may be of your interest, such as transfer in/out and maid service.
